Adina Vineyard Wedding

The Adina Vineyard wedding of Sally & Ross was only the second wedding ever at this beautiful Hunter Valley venue, and the first time I had been there.

I got there nice and early to scout things out and was very excited about the location and wedding. This wedding happened a few weeks ago, back in winter. And winter has the most beautiful light for photography and the light for this wedding was just perfect. Soft and golden.

This also was only short coverage, as Sally & Ross didn’t want too much coverage, so you will just see the ceremony and location photos. So enjoy the Adina Vineyard wedding of Sally & Ross in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

Adina Vineyard Weddings

Adina Vineyard & Olive Grove is located in Lovedale, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and the rolling countryside of the Hunter Valley. It has a quieter, more intimate feel than some of the larger Pokolbin estates and works particularly well for couples who want a relaxed vineyard setting where food, wine and the landscape are all a big part of the day.

Weddings at the property are now offered through Estancia Adina, which specialises in smaller celebrations of around 30–60 guests. Ceremonies and receptions can both take place onsite, allowing couples to keep the wedding in one location and enjoy the surrounding vineyard setting throughout the day.

For wedding photography, Adina has a really nice mix of scenery. The rows of vines, olive trees and open rural landscape give the property a recognisable Lovedale feel, while the restaurant and surrounding buildings provide something different once the light starts to disappear. Keeping everything close together also means couples don’t need to spend a long time away from their guests to get a good variety of photographs.

The property also has three self-contained villas overlooking the vineyard and olive groves, with accommodation for up to 18 guests. That can be particularly useful for couples wanting close family or their wedding party to stay onsite and make a weekend of the celebration.
