2021 Wedding Photography

The year of 2021 was a crazy and unexpected Covid-19 year and it was the year of small weddings and elopements for us. Couples were restricted to major lockdowns, where they could travel to, how many people could be at a wedding and who could be at your wedding. There were lots of stories of key family members missing out at being at weddings and in some cases it was really heartbreaking.

Looking through our calendar I can see that we had 10 weeks off in the middle of the year (June/July) due to full lockdowns in Sydney and all the surrounding regions. Even though we had 10 weeks off, we somehow managed to photograph exactly 100 weddings and elopements.
