IronBark Hill Wedding

Leah & Chris would have to be two of the nicest people you could meet and it was such a pleasure to photograph their IronBark Hill wedding in the Hunter Valley.

It was another beautiful, hot Spring day in the Hunter Valley for their wedding. They both got ready on different properties around Pokolbin before heading over for the wedding ceremony at IronBark Hill vineyard in the beautiful air conditioned chapel. We ventured off-site for some photos as Chris had arranged to visit another vineyard property which was just around the corner, before heading back to IronBark Hill for the wedding reception.

We also ducked out right on sunset for some photos on property. I recommend all couples should do this if possible, particularly for weddings where the sunset time is quite late. Sunset is the best time for photos. The light is softer, more flattering and you can sometimes get spectacular sunsets.
