Longview Farm Wedding
The Longview Farm wedding at Caffrey’s Flat, of Lauren & Dean was an absolutely epic day in one of the most amazing locations I have ever been to.
Let me start off by saying that this is my kind of wedding. A rustic, country wedding with a fun, easygoing couple, all held at the one amazing property.
The wedding was held in Caffrey’s Flat, NSW at a property called Longview Farm. And it is actually the place of the famous ‘Rotating House’, which I remember seeing many years ago on Grand Design’s.
It is a huge property with around forty acres of land set on the Nowendoc River. It’s full of cattle and wildlife.
The wedding didn’t just go for one day, this was a two to three day event for their guests. Most of the guests stayed onsite using the glamping facilities.
On the wedding day itself, Lauren & Dean both got ready in the ‘Rotating House’. I love it when couples get ready together. It is definitely non-traditional but I personally think it is a really special moment. Lauren actually helped dress Dean before he headed to the ceremony down by the river. After he left for the ceremony then she got dressed.Â
After the ceremony we did some photos around the property and we even did some sunset & dusk photos to make use of the beautiful light. Then it was off to the ‘party shed’ for the reception.
So enjoy this beautiful Longview Farm wedding and I can’t wait to photograph another wedding there very soon.
