Amazing Chapel Ridge Wedding
Amanda and Jason’s Chapel Ridge wedding was nothing short of epic and absolutely magical in every sense. This Chapel Ridge wedding was a perfect blend of love, joy, and breathtaking moments… and the scenery… wow the scenery. From getting ready to the first dance, every moment was filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories. And it was held at one of the most beautiful wedding venues on the Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions.
Chapel Ridge blends luxury with rustic charm in a chic in this family-owned wedding venue. Nestled within 200 acres of prime cattle country in Kulnara, Chapel Ridge offers an intimate and exclusive setting just an hour north of Sydney. This stunning wedding venue exudes character and natural beauty, and it is one of my very favourite wedding venues.
Amanda chose to prepare for her big day on-site at Chapel Ridge in the elegant bridal suite. She was surrounded by her family, and everyone was so chilled and excited. Jason got ready offsite at a nearby property.
The ceremony took place in Chapel Ridge’s stunning sandstone glass chapel. With its panoramic views out over the Australian bush, the chapel offered a breathtaking setting as Amanda walked down the aisle. And there were more than a few tears shed by everyone there. The ceremony was conducted by Amanda’s Mum, which made everything even more special.
After the heartfelt ceremony, we were taken around the property for some wedding photos. Chapel Ridge has so many beautiful locations for wedding photos. It is 200 acres and everywhere looks so beautiful. It is a wedding photographer’s playground.
I always say that sunset is the best time for wedding photos and on this day it was no exception. As the evening approached, we were treated to an unexpected yet breathtaking sight. A storm cloud rolled by, creating an amazing sunset that painted the sky with vibrant hues of oranges, and pink. The dramatic contrast of the dark clouds against the setting sun was absolutely amazing. At night, we even got a bit of a lightning storm in the distance that looked beautiful.
The reception was held in Chapel Ridge’s elegantly decorated reception hall. The venue’s rustic charm combined with modern amenities made for a perfect celebration space. Guests dined on a delicious menu featuring local Hunter Valley produce, paired with exceptional regional wines. Heartfelt speeches, a lively dance floor, and a warm atmosphere kept everyone celebrating late into the night.
Amanda and Jason’s Chapel Ridge wedding was a perfect blend of elegance, romance, and a touch of natural drama. The venue’s unique features and the unexpected gift of a stormy sunset created an unforgettable day for the couple and their guests. It was a celebration of love that will be remembered for years to come.

Jade runs and co-ordinates all the weddings at Chapel Ridge and she does an amazing job, Super friendly, relaxed, accommodating and she works so hard on the day to ensure the couple has an amazing day.
