Peppers Manor House Wedding

The Peppers Manor House wedding of Louelle & Al was a beautiful day in one of my favourite regions of New South Wales.

Peppers Manor House is a beautiful country estate set in the rolling green hills of the Southern Highlands. The Southern Highlands is renown for its beautiful landscapes and great food and wine. And Peppers Manor House has this in abundance. It was built in 1878 by Henry Edward Kater and was a country retreat for the Kater family for almost one hundred years. In 1984 is was fully renovated with extensions added onto and made into a hotel and conference centre. Peppers is now running the property and it still retains so much character and old school elegance that is reminiscent of the historic houses of the United Kingdom. It is a very popular wedding venue in the Southern Highlands, and for good reason.

It is located in the village of Sutton Forest which is just 15 kms from the historic town of Bowral. And Al got ready in some nearby accommodation, while the girls got ready onsite in the Manor House. Where they could actually see the ceremony from their room. Then it was just a short walk from the main house to get married in the garden.

After the wedding ceremony, we did a few relaxed photos around the property before heading to the reception where the night and the party really kicked off.
